Nepenthes burbidgeae x robcantleyi | 6 - 10 cm

This hybrid attains huge size and can be seen on photographs of our gold medal winning 2013 Hampton Court Palace Flower Show, where it formed the centrepiece, hanging gracefully from a tree.

The female parent is N. burbidgeae, selected for its typical cream-colored characteristics from the assorted clones sold under BE-3041. The male parent is the giant black N. robcantleyi, with the cultivar name ‘King of Spades’.

History: First introduced in April 2014.

Origin: Horticultural, bred by Borneo Exotics from specimen parent plants.
