Due to the living nature of plants, we take great care in packaging and dispatching all orders. However, delivery conditions play a crucial role in the final condition of the plants upon arrival.
We accept claims and complaints only for orders shipped via EMS, UPS, or other express courier services that provide fast and trackable delivery.
These shipping methods allow us to:
Minimize transit time
Better protect plant health
Monitor delivery conditions and timing
If the customer chooses priority letter mail or non-express shipping, we cannot guarantee delivery times nor the 100% health condition of the plants upon arrival.
For this reason:
Claims related to delays, damage, or poor plant condition will not be accepted for shipments sent via priority letter or standard non-express services.
To be eligible for a claim:
The shipment must have been sent via an approved express service (EMS, UPS, or equivalent).
The claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photographic evidence of the plant and packaging must be provided.
By completing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and understands the risks associated with non-express shipping methods.
