Nepenthes truncata | SBG | 8 - 10 cm

This impressive species never fails to attract admirers, with its broad heart-shaped leaves and tough enormous pitchers.  It’s a reliable grower, being adaptable to varying conditions.

Description: This particular item was donated in-vitro by Singapore Botanic gardens, hence the ‘SBG’ in the title. Nothing else is known about its provenance. We had assumed that it was most likely a lowland form, but it grows well for us in our highland nurseries, so we have since designated it as an intermediate grower.
