Nepenthes spectabilis x bongso | > 15 cm

Years of work went into selecting this clone out from amongst very many and multiplying it up in the lab. As the photos show, it’s really lovely! The first photo shows a pitcher after it’s matured, and the second photo shows a young photo before the peristome stripes darken from bright yellow to crimson. The third and fourth photos show comparisons between young and mature pitchers on the same plant.

Origin: The female parent is a selected clone of the spectacular giant form of N. spectabilis, sold under BE-3178 and the male parent is our selected clone of N. bongso, sold under BE-3036.
