Guarantee

Plants are shipped bare root, wrapped in moist soft paper. Gemmae and hibernaculas are wrapped in moist filter paper. We guarantee for healthy and excellent condition arrival of plants shipped within the EU countries, USA and Japan. If orders arrive in a bad state, contact us immediately on arrival and we will refund the money or replace the plants.
We reserve the right to ask back the damaged orders (picture of this damage order) for inspection before shipping replacements.

Shipment of plants outside of EU are complicated due to regulations of these countries. Customer has to take care of the import process. We can't cover any loses happening during customs process.

All plants, gemmae and seeds are cultivated and propagated under artificial conditions and are not wild collected.
